Cons
Pay is on the low end. On going training and proferssional development is not offered. The company leadership structure is flat, there is no room for advancement/professional development. Company suffers from groupthink, especially operations team. The operations team is territorial and uses coercion to intimidate, bully and redirect blame for poor management decision and generally refuses to accept responsibility for mistakes. Lack of support from leadership to address and change/resolve these issues creates a hostile work environment. There are core product development issues because Operations refuses change or modifications. This results in severe product/service roll out delays and lost client revenue and opportunities.
