Slight last of confidence in the future. Recent re-orgs, very single threaded in critical support areas, and ambiguity around when functionalities/tech will be launch give a bit of concern.

Constantly learning and working. New resources and technologies can be utilized.

This company is constantly acquiring other companies and then constantly laying off employees. Every year, a large number of layoffs occur, but the compensation given is very little, and the salary offered is also very low. After using AI, 50% of the staff were laid off. It's best to leave this company as soon as possible!
