Pros
Most of the folks you will work with are amazing. Great place for young grads to network, and get their feet wet.
Cons
Unfortunately, the folks that you work with that are not-so-amazing are the ones in charge. There is little to no training for anyone other than development, it seems. I have been with the company for a year and find myself struggling some days. I have worked for multiple software companies over the last several years and can say that this certainly isn't the worst place, but it needs a lot of work to become a good environment for its employees.
