Pros
Some of the managers and employees are great to work with.
Cons
This job has turned out to be very damaging to my career and to my personal life. The morale is extremely low, so most employees are very unhappy and looking for other work, including myself. I have not been able to find other work yet because of how far this company has set me back. Everything here is done backwards and sloppily, so I have not been able to gain new skills or valuable experience while I've been here. There is no opportunity for growth within the company either. The work is not so much difficult as it is chaotic and disorganized, so there is no way to produce good work here. If you try to make a suggestion about how to make the end result better, you are ignored and resented for speaking up. It's sad that so much employee talent is put to waste because the CEO and rest of upper management don't trust their employees. They don't listen to feedback and spend most of their time blaming the employees for problems they created from their own bad management. They are only concerned with getting money fast, not with building a good team or selling good products and services. The salaries are terrible for most, while certain people in upper management spend wildly on things that never return any value. The company finances are managed very badly and probably illegally. It's widely believed that the company probably won't be around much longer.
