Warehouse gets very hot in the summers and cold in the winters

California location has great and friendly workers. Workers there are like a family. Everyone is ready and willing to help, even the management.

Corporate has a couple of members in there that care about nothing more than numbers. You are not people to them, you are a number on a graph. They don't care what you're working on, they except the same numbers from everyone. I've recently seen someone who worked their for 12 years loose their job just because 1 person in corporate didn't like them for whatever reason. Job security is not a word I would use for this corporation.
