Leadership in the Regulatory department is the worst I’ve ever seen. Extremely high turnover. Company promotes “unlimited” PTO (not tracked) but you’ll be lucky if you get time off approved. Meanwhile, leadership goes on vacation every month. Favoritism is obvious as workload is not divided appropriately among team members. HR will do absolutely nothing to help you. Stay away from this company if you value your career and your sanity.
