Pros
Pros is working with kids in a fun environment.
Cons
You are required to have certain equipment to even complete the training. A laptop or tablet. I didn’t have either so I bought a laptop and they didn’t care nor mention a reimbursement. Then they had me come in early to complete a training because I was not able to complete it since the log in information was not working and was not loading properly. So I was told to take it home. I worked 3 days, and realized that they wanted me to train on my own time because I was supposed to be completely finished with a training that takes 5-6 hours but was only given 3-4 hours to complete. So I had to take the training home and was not even asked how long it took to compensate my 3 hours that I worked on training at home. Then, the have the hands on training. You get in the water while you’re trained, you get out and are required to clock out soaking wet. (Which is hazardous and unsanitary) then you go back to change into your dry clothes so you can head home. But your clothes that were used for the water end up smelling like sewage. Oh and you have to buy your own bathing suits and shorts with no compensation.
