      Pros

      Aquila Insight is one of the least "political" organisations i have ever worked out. A true meritocracy where everyone's input and contributions are actively encouraged and valued. It's true there is a certain "Aquila type" but so long as you're bright, committed, open and fun to work with you'll fit in. It's growth has been amazing. Joining a company that is growing at such an impressive rate is exciting for both employees and clients alike.

      Cons

      As the company grows there are a few gaps in the process that means things could be a little more streamlined. But apart from that not much really!
