Pros
Team members and spirit are fine
Cons
Insurance Not Closed:
More than a month after I resigned, I’m still listed on their social insurance. This caused problems with my new job, and they even considered stopping my salary because of it.
Unpaid Overtime:
I worked two full weeks of overtime, including during Eid. I asked for time off instead of money, and they said no. Then they refused to pay the overtime, blaming “no approval.”
Toxic Work Environment:
The workload was too much, with unrealistic deadlines. They put everything into one sprint, then deduct money from your salary if you don’t finish—even if it’s not your fault.
Unclear Salary Structure:
The salary is split (70/30 or 60/40), with part of it based on KPIs that can change at any time. This makes it easy for them to deduct money without reason.
Bad Offboarding Process:
Leaving the company is a long and painful process. They delay paperwork and payments, making it hard to start a new job. They may even promise you a counter-offer, only to cancel it later.
Final Note:
This was not a healthy or professional workplace. I don’t recommend working here unless you’re ready for delays, pressure, and a lack of respect. If you get an offer from another company, take it.
