      Pros

      Salary on time. Flexible hours. medical insurance. All company may get bonus suddenly equivelant to 1 month salary.

      Cons

      Toxic. Deductions for no reasons. Very bad offboarding . Always fights. you will wait for long time to take your final payment and you have to keep asking for your money and papers. They will keep you registered in the social insurance for 2 months or maybe more making it very hard for you with your new employer.
