Pros

With all the attention lately on "fake news" here is an example of "fake Glassdoor." Glassdoor should really do a better job of qualifying reviews. Some may use this as a tool when looking for a job, and to see a complete fabrication posted is disturbing. Just to set the record straight, I have been at Arbill over 5 years. NO CFO has ever been fired. The long term CFO left for a new opportunity closer to home, as he had a very long commute. His replacement is out on medical leave. Period. That's it. Not one CFO fired, and certainly not one CFO in place for a day. Average tenure of CFO at Arbill is over 10 years. Temps are temps. They are temps either by choice or because permanent gainful employment has alluded them. Not always a fit, and certainly no expectation of long term commitment. However, at Arbill there have been several Temps that were a fit and gained not only long term employment but significant promotions. Arbill is a progressive forward thinking company and offers great challenges and advancement. Based on this last review I would certainly question the validity of Glassdoor as a proper venue to evaluate where one might look to get a job.

Cons

We clearly might need to do a better job of vetting out Temps prior to hire.
