Pros
The president is a good family man who works hard to try to create a positive environment. Great product. Solid/honest sales and construction staff.
Cons
Lots of drama and gossip within mid/upper office management. Policies are inconsistent - newer associates are held to excessively-ridged restrictions while those who have been employed longest come/go and do as they please. There are issues with a few immature and manipulative mid-management associates which continue to be ignored by the board. Most disappointing employment experience ever.
