Pore leadership that struggle to create a cohesive culture that always collaboration and fulfillment. The departments are very siloed and performance objectives are not always reasonable. There are no raises, reviews and they continue to take always tools needed to perform well based on cost to the business. There have been three COO’s in three years, two Chief Production Officers in three years, two CEO’s…. This company unfortunately suffers from an inability to know who they are, values and a mission statement.
