      Pros

      You get to go to happy hour and weekend get togethers and hear juicy gossip with co-workers to find out who going to be fired or who is on the up coming chopping block.

      Cons

      Do not work at the Plano campus, they are horrible. Supervisors/management are absolutely unethical. They set you up for failure, the atmosphere is just like being back in high school. It is not based off the knowledge you have, it is who you know and who likes you.

      I've been here for a long time and love the people I work with.

      Cons

      Newer leadership seems to be killing the culture of care. The recent round of layoffs were handled very poorly. Not just for those who were let go, but for those who are still employed, but have changes. It was a disaster of miscommunication. Managers didn't know their folks had been let go, managers didn't know they had people joining their teams, employees didn't know what their new roles would entail....it's the worst transition and change management I've seen in over a decade of working here.
