Man, the culture and work life balance here has gone off the rails in the past year since the PE acquisition. As other reviewers say, you are now encouraged to work late into the night, early in the morning, on weekends, on holidays - even for just individual contributors. You are highly encouraged to respond to all Slacks when you are on your PTO, if you even can find time to take PTO.
Compensation has not been changed to reflect this insane workload increase. The few people who received promotions told me their raise was on par with what they received as a normal cost of living raise in past years.
If you are willing to work this hard and take on this much stress, you should go work somewhere that will actually pay you commensurately, like AI startups or FAANG.
