Learning to set firm boundaries yet protect one's integrity to produce great drafting product...Learning to stay positive and motivated despite stress which is more of personal attack than work related.
Cons
Hostile Work environment for women. Medical leaves not sanctioned despite having positive leave records. Threatening to destroy our career and being called toxic amd manupulative despite clean records..unsafe for women especially on theor monthly cycles and equally stressful for men too
