Pros
-Great learning environment - everyone is always eager to help you if you have a question about anything also, they help you with your AXP hours/Licensure materials. -Small firm qualities - you are given the opportunity to learn about every aspect of architecture. -Lunch & Learns/Perks - at least once a month you get free meal through Lunch & learns. Also, during Texas State Fair, you get a season pass. Another perk is, they work with your schedule - I was given the option to work full-time (salary) or part-time (hourly). -Family culture - everyone in the office treat each other like family. -Annual Reviews - at the end of every year, you get reviewed and rewarded for the work you do.
Cons
-Location - the office is located in the Downtown area, which tends to be some homeless around sometimes. -Parking - the parking situation is tight. -Restroom - There is only one restroom for the entire office.
