Because they are growing so fast working for them requires the ability to make decisions. If you are not a self starter I could see it feeling chaotic, but if you are interested in proving yourself and are willing to take charge you will be rewarded with opportunity.

Pay is good, benefits are good. Most guys on the floor are good people to work with.

Work way more days than scheduled. On call a lot for no extra pay. Repeatedly called in last minute, sometimes to just be a warm body. On call to cover special projects, not just for production needs and vacation/sick coverage. Way too many things are “tribal” knowledge and not written down or recorded for next time. The maintenance employees work 40 hours a week on day shift while production employees are expected to work 12 hour shifts anytime they are called to.
