EMEA Management is a problem Senior Directors disrespect other Senior Directors Directly told to disobey my direct management on a number of occasions as part of consistent leadership battle and power struggle Senior Management within EMEA are family or a friend of family. This is makes working for Arcserve very uncomfortable ,you feel like you have someone constantly reporting on activities regardless of department i work with HR was contact on a number of occasion in relation to the bullying of the EMEA Leadership team and disrespect to other Senior Management however i did not receive response. EMEA Management move the existing business away from channel partners to support new channel relationships,.Partners be careful. All the good engineer guys have now gone to Rubrik or other vendors.
