      Good god where to begin. - Inbound Tech Support Tier I Arcsmart Solutions Employee Review

      Pros

      A 9-5 job in beautiful Gilbert.

      Cons

      Not only was the place infested with bed bugs, they had to change their name to ARCSmart because they were known throughout the community for their business practices. The owner and his daughter only care about money at the end of the day and will jeopardize their brand image as evidenced by the name change. I had multiple checks bounce, and they paid me way less than what was promised initially on multiple occasions. They are too shady, and a blight upon our town.

      Pros

      - Definitely was some good office culture while I was there. No "we're a family around here" stuff, but there was a friendly vibe to the office and I got along well with just about everyone. My coworkers were friendly and so was management, for the most part.

      Cons

      - When I was there, it didn't seem like new hires were being screened thoroughly enough. I helped train new hires during my time there and some of them coming in were just not good fits for the position, like HR had just said yes to anyone coming through the door
