Honestly where do I start? I can tell you if you're thinking about working for ARCSmart that the $15 or $16 an hour you are chasing isn't going to happen, they'll break it down for you that there's a pay structure and make it sound like it's possible to achieve a living wage (Gilbert is pretty expensive, you might be able to squeak by on their pay if you manage to find an extremely cheap studio in Mesa.) The bottom line is that you are going to be making $12 an hour on SME, or $11 an hour on Consumer with very few and inconsistent exceptions. They pay structure is untenable, in part due to a deeply flawed and shady break system that management has directly admitted contributes to lower adherence and attendance scores across the floor, leading to a sharp decline in the number of people reaching the goals needed to get paid above minimum wage. Right out of training (which is only $11.50 an hour) you will be hit with a deduction from your pay for $5 to cover "Ear muffs" for your headset. This is regardless if you bring your own headset or not (admittedly, it's a plus that you can bring in your own nicer quality headphones, because the ones they provide are legitimately painful to use.) All in all it will feel like the company consistently wants to pay you as little as humanly or legally possible, even going so far as to deem you "part time" if you go home early for a day and costing you your second break regardless if you clocked it.
Everything about this workplace is suspicious, the majority of positive reviews you see on Google are from members of management who were asked to write them by higher ups (I recognize their names,) and I can only assume that the two vague reviews- especially the one chiding anyone who speaks negatively of the company as "Toxic" on here are from them as well. Steer clear of this place if you value your labor in any way.
