Pros
The pay seems good until you realize how many hours you’re actually working and that there is absolutely no work/life balance. In the long run, not worth it.
Cons
Poor management
HR protects their hires at all costs, so if there an issue with a manager or another ACL hire , it will not be addressed.
If you’re a good worker, team player and never complain to HR, you will be forgotten and taken for granted.
Work hours are too long, stressful and difficult to have any quality down time.
ACL employees in Winnipeg make a lot of assumptions but aren’t here on a daily basis so they can’t really see the big picture
There are favorites and it’s difficult to gain acceptance within the company
HR does not take harassment complaints seriously - they talk the talk but don’t walk the walk
