Working with Ardri Marble is a good experience for me to enhance my skills in selling and negotiations. Teamwork is very important and my team works together to accomplish our goal, that is, to hit our target.

I think the targets for the sales team, it has to be based on factual sales history per month in order to achieve sales target accordingly and to continuously motivate the individuals.

Supportive management, excellent teamwork, respectful workplace culture, and strong communication across departments. The company values continuous improvement and employees feel genuinely supported by both colleagues and HR.
