Pros
This is a Go shop - no ifs ands or buts about it. The people you're working alongside are probably k8s and Golang experts. There's a great internal culture where the Slack really feels like a water cooler. The company also organizes good internal talks (and external - bringing in outside speakers). You also have free access to Ardan Labs educational content (they sell courses, also).
Cons
The company is going to take a share of your salary so your salary will be upper-bounded. I've seen a lot of people stay here for 1-3 years as an initial job or as a stop-gap to something great where they're working for a separate company. Many times the contracted company hires the developers directly from Ardan.
