This is a Go shop - no ifs ands or buts about it. The people you're working alongside are probably k8s and Golang experts. There's a great internal culture where the Slack really feels like a water cooler. The company also organizes good internal talks (and external - bringing in outside speakers). You also have free access to Ardan Labs educational content (they sell courses, also).

Somehow they make working in a consulting company painless. I enjoy working with my teammates, and the upper management team is always there for you whenever you need it. They gave me all the training materials during the first few weeks of onboarding. Weekly there is a tech talk introducing new concepts or reviewing old ones. No daily stands, no hourly check-in on your timesheets. They get it!
