Somehow they make working in a consulting company painless. I enjoy working with my teammates, and the upper management team is always there for you whenever you need it. They gave me all the training materials during the first few weeks of onboarding. Weekly there is a tech talk introducing new concepts or reviewing old ones. No daily stands, no hourly check-in on your timesheets. They get it!

A lot of in-house experience, especially in go. Good leadership. Bill himself gets involved early on to ensure you have no issues when starting in your new role/project.

Do not expect typical career progression, this is a consultancy firm after all. Not necessarily a con, but bears mentioning.
