Pros
It really depends on your team and location but I experienced an amazing team vibe. Very European style were everyone talks to each other and morning coffee before kicking off is great. As an IRM you have very strong support from very good client servicing and product teams, compared to other leaner teams and companies.
Cons
The reward process was to improve. You’re not rewarded based on the effort or work done.
