Pros

Strong culture with aggressive goals that values accountability, ownership, and employee wellness. Highly collaborative, with leadership jumping in to assist without hesitation. Quickest pace of innovation I've seen in my 15yr career. Market leading product.

Cons

Global company, so expect some early morning or late night calls. Get comfortable with rapid change, or fall behind. Niche space that comes with steep learning curve.

Pros

A genuinely great place to work. The compensation is solid, but what really stands out is the people: collaborative, talented, and easy to be around. Leadership is approachable and accessible, which makes a real difference day to day. There's also a strong in-person culture, which I appreciate. There is a balancing act with managing customer-facing responsibilities alongside maximizing that team time.

Cons

The product team moves fast, which keeps things exciting but can sometimes be a lot to keep up with.
