A genuinely great place to work. The compensation is solid, but what really stands out is the people: collaborative, talented, and easy to be around. Leadership is approachable and accessible, which makes a real difference day to day. There's also a strong in-person culture, which I appreciate. There is a balancing act with managing customer-facing responsibilities alongside maximizing that team time.

The product team moves fast, which keeps things exciting but can sometimes be a lot to keep up with.

Everyone seems to be "bought in." C-Suite is very open to engaging and helping anyway possible. Company is growing which allows us to invest properly. Platform is best in market which makes it an easy sell.

Can be start up feel whereby we run lean. This can lead to longer hours.
