1) ARB has zero loyalty or concern for his employees, be warned 2) Beware: When (not if) you are given the sack, they will attempt to force you to sign a separation agreement that basically revokes your rights to claim unfair dismissal. The Ombudsman from the Fair Work Commission Victoria threw a fit when he read mine. He was livid at the terms that I was forced to sign, but because I had already done so it was too late for me. Learn from my mistake please! 3) Career growth is minimal. Whatever position you were hired in, you will remain in for the next decade. 4) As mentioned in many comments, the micro-management in this company is insane. 5) You get yelled at for every little thing. 6) Little to no support from other engineers working in this company, you need to be well prepared to go solo almost all the time. 7) There is a lot of back-stabbing, hence why so many get unfairly dismissed or leave the company every other month. 8) It doesn't matter how many things you do right, or how many major clients you impress. Get one thing wrong and you're practically fired.
