Argent believes in delivering the best and everyone helps you to reach the standards that are expected. Everyone is aware of their duties and help is always available when needed. Customers expect the very best of support and a first class service and everyone at Argent is geared to keeping the customer happy. The environment is fast paced and challenging but very rewarding. Every day is different and therefore interesting with thousands of Customers worldwide, each with their own infrastructure with various requirements. Overall, a demanding company to work for but with great satisfaction attached. The best decision I made was to leave my previous employment where I was being wasted away and join Argent !!!
Cons
I can honestly say I have not encountered any 'cons' during my time at Argent. Yes the work is tough and demanding but I believe this to be a PRO as it keeps you on your toes and helps to better your own skills.
