A wide variety of goals to complete and keep you busy, such as: - sales targets - Argos cards - maintaining shop floor Multi-tasking and cooperating between different areas of shop - ability to work out the back when needed, switching up your workflow and keeping things fun. - helping out at the jewellery counter occasionally. Lovely people.
Cons
Mystery Shopper - the horrible threat that you must serve every customer in a flawless text book manner in case you are being secretly video recorded by one of Argos' Mystery Shoppers. For me, this harmed the natural way in which I served customers and made me feel robotic and anxious when reading daily deals or insurance policies to them that were prompted on my till.
