Pros
Easy money to be honest. Working in the stores inside sainsburys can be a little slow but in terms of management it makes it easier to complete tasks and colleague reviews. The stand alone stores are more fun to work in as the teams are larger and there's more variety in what you'll be doing day to day.
Cons
Most customers are click and collect, so there's a lot of standing around waiting for people to come in to collect and even those interactions can be brief which makes the day go slower.
