      Pros

      - Highly enthusiastic young employees - Peers encourage learning - Good sense of camaraderie among engineers - Some team leaders are very good

      Cons

      - Exaggeration of capabilities and very dishonest marketing - Bad quality of work with lots of inexperienced engineers - Abysmal salaries and contracts e.g. 28-30k € per year for people with 4-5 years experience. Contracts are usually "apprendistato" which they say is an advantage because of lower taxes but that is just an excuse to pay lower salaries and let go of people when the company gets into trouble. - High employee turnover. - Extremely toxic work environment promulgated by management and HR - Long working hours without being paid overtime

      Orizzontalizzazione * Freneticità * Mensa fantastica (purtroppo messa a pagamento dal 2026) Macro management (con giusti manager) Colleghi cordiali e amichevoli Collaborazioni cross-unità Progetti sfidanti *vantaggio o svantaggio a seconda della persona

      Giorni in presenza obbligatoria con sede complicata da raggiungere Management stalking Micro management Processi indefiniti Stipendi microscopici in confronto ai competitors Work-life balance inesistente Banca ore fittizie No straordinari Flessibilità orarie sulla carta Molto nipotismo professionale PM poco compententi (la maggior parte) e narcisisti Sede con i lavori in corso quindi continui disagi ogni giorno Se possono risparmiare un centesimo con la condizione di chiudere un occhi sul operato delle persone, lo fanno.
