Pros
- Highly enthusiastic young employees - Peers encourage learning - Good sense of camaraderie among engineers - Some team leaders are very good
Cons
- Exaggeration of capabilities and very dishonest marketing - Bad quality of work with lots of inexperienced engineers - Abysmal salaries and contracts e.g. 28-30k € per year for people with 4-5 years experience. Contracts are usually "apprendistato" which they say is an advantage because of lower taxes but that is just an excuse to pay lower salaries and let go of people when the company gets into trouble. - High employee turnover. - Extremely toxic work environment promulgated by management and HR - Long working hours without being paid overtime
