Every Day is different Lots of Opportunities to go in different directions ie: CS, Marketing etc Very diverse Ideas are always welcomed The creative line of work Opinions matter Friendly Workplace Great close-working team Pizza Fridays! Free On-Site Parking Get to build very high-end systems Always kept busy - quicker days Small team - everyone knows what is happening Strengths are utilized Skills are noticed and options are discussed

Have to be searched every time you leave the building - however, this is understandable Sometimes tasks can take a long time Small team - sometimes tasks can pile up

I got paid on time.

Cons

There are more negatives than I can list. Poor management, a culture built on fear and intimidation of staff, a vein of toxicity that runs through the business from the top down, extreme levels of paranoia from management resulting in staff being monitored constantly, high pressure environment that does not encourage any form of development. Terrible place to work, easily the worst job I ever had.
