      Pros

      - Great support and onboarding - good friends and people - good benefits (wfh regularly, paid leave, etc) - up to date tech stack - beautiful office with nice view - chance to work on government project

      Cons

      work culture tends to OT a lot, not every one in the same direction as upper management, frequent conflict between devs and management, not enough learning experience as a junior dev

      The company focuses on employees, making them happy to work, with many activities to do, and is a flat oragnization for the younger generation.

      Cons

      So much work, so much that sometimes it causes burnout.
