Cons
Depends on the project you are working on, If it is involved with the core bank and critical finances this is a nightmare for developers. The upper management has quite low technology, they don't understand the developer's perspective and often break or can't support your development process, Everything depends on their decision but unfortunately, they never listen to the developer. Long working hours, you are expected to work around 42-60 hours per week. especially when deployment overnight onsite can damage your health and no special compensation for this, worth it or not? Thai culture from top to down and everywhere, has no diversification and a seniority environment if you are a junior, you better shut up don't let them know your name, everyone is afraid to give feedback, and no one respects your boundaries. The HR (Here called PX) has an anonymous group in Line for everyone to raise a question or concern but they told you to use a code of employee as a name, How it is anonymous? LOL
