Pros

The PTO and benefits are nice and there are some good people that work there.

Cons

The workspace is very political and management doesn't care to do anything about it. The work/life balance is terrible. Directors are more interested in pleasing the shareholders than anything else. There have been numerous rounds of layoffs before COVID to optimize efficiency and cut costs and there have been additional layoffs due to casino slowdowns.

Thanks for your feedback. We acknowledge your concern. In the past year due to COVID we have rolled out several initiatives to focus on employee health and wellness like Restore Resilience, Wellness Fridays etc. We hope you are leveraging some of these to balance your professional and personal life. The business teams are also working on a detailed plan post COVID, we encourage you to participate and listen to the townhall recordings to know more about the business outlook.

Pros

Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

Cons

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.

Pros

Free lunch on Thursdays, remote flexibility for being sick or family emergency type deals

Cons

"Good ol boys clubs" all over the place, especially in sales. Hard to even get interviews unless you know someone, regardless of brand or work ethic
