Lack of training & explanation, was shown how to do each task once & left to own devices. No explanation of the overarching process. Everyone was too busy to teach you. Manager barely interacted with me & there were minimal attempts to integrate me & make me feel welcome. People were polite but due to fast pace of role, no one made friends. Company ended up promoting people rather than training me an external hire.
