Cons
I believe there are opportunities for improvement in communication and support from the administrative team. There have been times when therapists could benefit from more consistent communication, follow-through, and collaboration from the office.
I also believe there is an opportunity to better recognize and appreciate the long-term commitment of therapists. Therapists are the individuals providing direct care, building lasting relationships with families, achieving client goals, and representing the company in the community. While the administrative staff is recognized and appreciated, I believe therapists would benefit from a similar level of recognition for their contributions and longevity.
