The staff and management are wonderful

They don't pay their employees what their worth. The health insurance is terrible. You're not allowed to use your vacation time until you've been there for a year

you choose your own schedule

they ignore legitimate complaints about work standards. you have to use your own vacation if the office closes for any reason or you don't get paid. pay is not comparable. sick time accrual is a joke. insurance benefits are lacking and deductibles are extremely high. there is extreme favoritism and management is responsible for a chaotic low morale, high anxiety workplace.
