Smaller company so you're connected to everyone in the company. Friendly atmosphere and direct supervisors are easy to get along with.
Cons
Procedures and setup have not been set so it's constantly changing. Also, since the company is in the Oil Fields business, job security and pay are iffy. Earlier in 2015, everyone had to get a pay cut with no notice on when it will or if it ever will go back up.
