Hello. I am saddened by your approach. Perhaps you spoke to your colleagues directly and did not get an adequate reply? We do have a number of avenues for you to raise these concerns. The recruiters we have on our team in Austin all have multiple years of prior professional recruiting experience. I am sorry to hear that a phone interview may have been missed or re-scheduled, or that a call may have been made while driving. Honestly, as I see the team working an average of 60 hours per week to keep up with our extraordinary growth, I am empathetic to the life-issues that interfere with a smooth process. But we do all want a better impression to our candidates. I am encouraged that through surveys received from over 200 candidates last year, 80% were either satisfied or completely satisfied with the recruiting process at ARM.
