Pros
Great people to work with and a great culture. Much better work-life balance than other places I've worked and impressive employee benefits. Generally good opportunities for progression and people are left to grow into their own roles.
Cons
Currently going through a lot of change, which makes it a chaotic place to work. There's a reason that a standard interview question for any Arm job is "How do you feel about ambiguity?". If you like rigid processes and procedures, this isn't the place for you!
