We are sorry to hear that you don't think highly of our onboarding. To be honest, we don't think it's perfect either, and as a People Team, we know it needs to change. We are in the process of scoping out, what this could look like and we are always keen to get some detailed feedback to support what the art of the possible is. We thank you for highlighting that not everyone learns in the same way, which is why we continue to adapt our training delivery. We do currently offer, in role training, online, classroom style and workshop training. Continuous improvement is heavily invested in at Arm and something we feel strongly about. We appreciate that people management isn't something that everyone takes naturally to. That's why we have recently developed and begun to rollout upskilling courses for Managers, both new and experienced, we recognize this as a crash course, as well as, a refreshment on the basics.
