Thanks for leaving a review! I completely agree that there are some great perks for working for a British company in the US, foremost being the generous vacation and holiday allotment we get. We've had to be a bit conservative as we're growing quickly these days (as you're well aware, having been with ARM for over 10 years!). Hopefully, the new building will address a lot of the issues that you mention, like a nicer building and perks.
