Office Politics taken to a next level - Senior Engineer Arm Employee Review

Too much bureaucracy. Cliques and such.. There are senior people that have grown in the company disproportinally with the technically value. It is very difficult to deal with them since they have protection from higher up and they do whatever they can just to push their ego. Moreover, several employees have done no other job after graduating NTNU other than staying there.. So, we are talking about an arteriosclerotic establishment.. Good luck!
