Thanks for leaving a review! Historically, ARM was primarily focused on developing hardware IP, but these days ARM is now equal in hardware and software roles! If you mean for your role you were expecting more HW work and instead had more SW, our new AFDS logbook would have allowed you to address your work balance with your line manager on a more frequent basis.
