Arm is an extremely successful company, and it never gets boring. I wake up every day and look forward to go to the office, curious about what the day will bring. I have the pleasure of leading a group of very talented people. Not every day is rosy, but we always work as a team to solve the challenges facing us. The work culture is amazing, and people are always willing to walk the extra mile to reach the goals set. I think that says a lot about the company and the people working here.
